Just made BOG ADR for lunch

So far it hasn't shown up in MDE. It is sooo frustrating. I am in the group that made a reservation at 6 and it died on the confirmation page. I kept trying but at some point the system errored me out entirely. Currently I haven't been able to get through by phone (I get a busy signal) and I...

    Dessert Party-

We love the dessert party. We tend to do a big lunch that day and a light QS dinner (mostly to get some protein into the kids so they don't go crazy with the sugar).

    Grandmother and Granddaughter trip

Thank you everyone for the information. I feel much better about this and will see if it can work out for them to go. I know dd would love it as she is a huge Disney fan and anything associated with Disney will be popular with her! Now to talk MIL into it.

    Grandmother and Granddaughter trip

My MIL is looking for a tour to go on with my daughter when she turns 16 next summer. I am wondering if either the Galapagos tour or the tour of France would be appropriate. The itineraries look amazing (wish we could all go but MIL wants a special trip). Will there be other teens on these...

Has anyone used points for Disneyland Paris?

Great to know that I don't have to get park tickets for every night we are there. I thought we did so that will help with the budget.

Has anyone used points for Disneyland Paris?

Thanks for all the information. I think that we are likely to use the points and stay at the DLRP. I will track the specials and see if it is much cheaper to rent out our points and pay for the hotel and park tickets. I think I would try to stay 3 nights and have four days at the parks - that...

Has anyone used points for Disneyland Paris?

Thanks for all the advice. Everything I have seen looked more expensive than that when I want to go - maybe the sales happen closer to booking. I have to admit that I am nervous about renting my points so I will probably just use them - even if it isn't a great deal. Thanks for all the advice...

Has anyone used points for Disneyland Paris?

Thanks so much for the information. It is complicated by the fact that we are traveling with my mom who is 80 and our kids who are 14 and 7. We are trying to work out a compromise of the needs and wants of all. We will get 2 rooms (my mom and daughter get one and we are in one with our son)...

Has anyone used points for Disneyland Paris?

Can I combine points (for say 2 nights) with cash for one night? How far in advance do I need to book? Can anyone tell me if any of the hotels other than the Disneyland Hotel is worth the points? We would like to go but will only have the points for two nights if we stay at the Disneyland...

    June 10th NY-Canada Cruise

I think $50 - 75 is way high. They set JFK at $45 and everything I'm seeing suggests closer to $30 for this trip unless it is rush hour. However it may be easier to take a car service as sometimes getting a cab can be a wait at the airports.

    Dial 7 NY car service

We have used them without any problems. I think it would be cheaper to take a cab from Penn Station. It is generally easy to get a cab there (there are official cab stands).

July 15, 2012 - Magical Cruise to Canada!

I was able to get a dinner reservation at Palo today for all the adults. Brunch and tea are sold out (not sure if they are still doing the tea as it is being removed from the ships at some point this summer). I am going to try to get a brunch once we are on board. Starting to work on the...

    Dining Rotations on 5-night cruises?

Ohh - I didn't think they were going to do a pirate night on this cruise! Thanks so much for letting me know - I will have to plan around that!

    Dining Rotations on 5-night cruises?

Thanks - I really wanted to know how the repeats might work so I can request the rotation I want and book Palo! I know nothing is guaranteed but I can try.

    Dining Rotations on 5-night cruises?

We are booked on a 5-night cruise from NYC to Canada next summer :cool1: I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the dining rotation might look like. I want to book a Palo reservation to celebrate my mom's 80th Birthday and I want to pick a night we won't mind missing the main meal...

Parks 1st and then cruise or Cruise 1st and then Parks???

Having done both I prefer going to the parks first and then taking the cruise to relax! Next time I hope to add a beach day at the end of the trip just because you are up so early that last morning :goodvibes You can't go wrong either way so enjoy your trip.
