We're going to take a bus from Disney Springs to the Poly; should we go ahead and mobile order? Are they checking that sort of thing before you can get on the bus?
Thank you so much for your help.
We want to come up and visit Disney Springs for a bit, but we'd like to have breakfast at Capt' Cook's (cause Kona had no availability) before we spend the day at the Springs.
When I was looking to find the info, it said that you have to have a dining reservation to be at the resort if you are...
This is a review I posted a couple of years ago about the party. From everything I've read recently, nothing has really changed. We have been to the party 3 times and we have never seen a child under 3 at the event, so I can't tell you how things would be handled for your little one.
This is our concern as well.
If they release everyone just because numbers are starting to go down, those who are asymptomatic carriers are going to immediately spread it to those who have been quarantining up to that point and the numbers are going to jump again and we are going to be back on...
No, we don't. We don't have compromised immune systems. We don't have reactions to the vaccine itself.
We just get the flu every year that we get the shot. That's not considered a medical reason to not get the shot.
My only point in bringing up the efficacy of the flu shot is to compare it to...
We get every vaccine except the flu shot. We finally gave it up after our 5 year old got the flu (again) in 2017 (she got the shot in September 2016). Every year that any of us have gotten the flu shot, we have gotten the flu. And I mean EVERY year.
We did not get the shot in 2017, 2018 or...
Question (cause I really don't know the answer): To do this, they will have to change and add a new tax law to cause this to happen, right?
I don't think this will be the last coronavirus bill that will be pushed through, so they could potentially fix this loophole next. But this helps more...
I totally agree and DH and I are in the same spot as far as cost of living. I think the point was to get it done as quickly as possible and considering this version was concocted with both sides getting and giving up various things, it was the best they felt could be done at the time.
I also...
But can you imagine the outrage if someone making 200K a year received a stimulus check? Or a big CEO making 500K+? This is why they put the limitations on it. They did what they could to make it fair for everyone. And this version of the bill covered more people than the first version...
This was my understanding as well. It was a huge concern for my mother who is on SS and, as everyone knows, that's never enough to really live on. The first bill that the democrats blocked left out SS earners, so I am glad they were included in this new bill.
Absolutely. Setting aside the help...
The thing is, we do see the issue clearly.
We just aren't willing to dump all students into one group and force them all to repeat a year.
Your original post posited the question of doing just that.
I think most of us believe that a repeat should be on a case by case basis just as it would be...
No.
My 7 year old worked hard to get her gifted qualification. She's already ahead of her grade level, so why on earth should she repeat a grade?
My middle schooler has been taking two high school courses and an online course in addition to her 8th grade course load. Making her repeat courses...
I know how you feel, lol.
Most places we went had smoothies or non-alcoholic specialty drinks for the kids. Our youngest is 6 and she got a fancy drink at every meal. She's not a smoothie type kid, so she got virgin pina coladas and daiquiris.
Your other 2 kiddos do not have to get regular...
I had actually meant Smitch425's thread that she does every year ... I had no idea there was another one.

I am loving these patches!
We just moved and our Disney World backpack that we bought at the parks years ago is buried in storage somewhere. We are going to WDW in 9 days, so I told DH we should buy a plain backpack and add these patches to it. There goes my souvenir money ...
Ok ... here's the edited plan:
Our party is on 9/7 and it is DH, DD (who turns 6 two days before the party!) and myself and we are Disney Bounding as Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore
3:00-4:00 In the gates, get a bite to eat from Casey's, take a couple of pics on Main Street
4:00-4:30 Bypass...
