I took my twins who turned 15 months while we were there. I would say to expect a different experience than your other touring as they obviously go at a slower pace and are not really into the rides. My kids LOVED the character interactions the most and then just taking in all of the sights...

We always order the silicone bracelets online and I put them around my kids ankles so that they don't slip off. They don't seem to bother them at all when they're around there ankles, I just put them over their socks. Hope that helps!
