Make up a story about it and practice....something like at Mickey's house, masks help Mickey stay well....then you can build excitement about seeing all of the things they will see, and weave the importance of masks into the story at the same time...
I feel your pain...so many changes to stay on top of! I have resort res, but no tickets, some have the opposite. I think just spending a day on the official website to figure it all out is the best bet, then stay current on changes...

For a split stay in a DVC unit, will Disney still move luggage? (anyone done this recently?) Do you have to go to the new resort and check in, or will they check you in at the first resort for the entire time (across both places)?

I asked MS about this yesterday. The CM indicated that knowingly selling vacation points (not the whole contract, just extra points) to a broker could constitute "use of your Vacation Points for commercial purposes..." I wonder if they actually would go that deeply into a person who rented?
