Hi everyone! We are getting ready to head to the Parks today. (snow in Chicago, we are here- can't beat that!) :) Does RSR Fastpass distribution open at the start of the Early Entry time, or does it open at the normal opening? We don't have a MM pass for DCA. THANK YOU!!!
