We've done both, the Conch Train you ride the whole way and can't hop off to visit attractions on the route, with either trolley, you can get on and off at your pleasure. Both the Conch Train and the trolley drivers do narrate the sites around KW.

We were able to slide the stroller over the upright bar that extends up from the rear bumper. I don't know what you'd call that bar, hand hold, safety bar? :confused3 We didn't have to bungee it, it stayed by itself. Best Regards!
