If I only had one day I would hit the highlights at EPCOT. The "highlights" in the other parks are either at DL or CA. AK is my least favorite as well so I don't think I would budget any time for it.

This was my husbands birthday cake last December. I ordered it from The Beach Club and had it delivered to Cape May Cafe. It was delicious and yummy beyond expectations. Yes, it was a little more expensive that the local bakery but you can say that about anything you buy at WDW. No regrets...

You might consider taking a cab back to your resort. It would really cut down your travel time so that you can get back and get them into PJs and bed faster.

We went to Playa Del Carmen a couple of summers ago. We stayed at Iberostar Tucan and loved it. It is all inclusive and was perfect for our family. I never felt unsafe there at all. It is big, clean and full of places to eat and play. The pool is HUGE!

It is a little pricey but you are not only paying for breakfast (or whatever meal), you are paying for the experience. Your daughters will enjoy it for sure, mine did, but once or twice is plenty.......
