While we have stayed at SOG many times, I had never heard of rooms with a walk in shower rather than the normal tub/shower combination. Periodically, I see mention of people staying in a room with a walk in shower. Is this something new or are they just located in specific rooms? Thanks.

You can order tickets from Shades of Green. For us, the entire process from the time we faxed our order in, SOG called us to verify and to get payment information and we received our park hoppers via FedEx (you have to be present to sign for package) took about 8 days.

According to the SOG website, the pool temperature is set at 84 degrees. That temperature could fluctuate some due to weather conditions (clouds, rain, cold). We typically visit in December and have always used the pools in sunny weather.

I waited 70 minutes in November to ride 7DMT. I was in Orlando for a conference and we went to the MK for one day. We did not have any FP+ because we decided at the last minute to go. My friend had never been on the ride, really wanted to do it and knew she wouldn't be back anytime soon.

We have eaten at Sci Fi and 50's Prime Time and enjoyed both. We did find 50's Prime Time to have a great atmosphere, very child oriented and loved the Fried Chicken. If you end up at 50's Prime Time, don't forget to leave room for dessert!
