I have reservations for Coral Reef for our upcoming trip in January but I've seen some bad reviews recently. Should we change to Cape May? Which do you prefer and why?

I currently have duplicate reservations at both Les Chefs and Coral Reef only until it has been finalized whether Les Chefs will be on the 2010 dining plan or not. Depending on how that turns out, one or the other will be cancelled ASAP.

For me it would have to be the popcorn encrusted mahi mahi slop at Grand Floridian Cafe last January and it's not even close. I think it's off the menu now. For DH it was the VERY fishy fish at CHH. He won't go near the place again.

Well if someone else from Louisiana thinks it's good then I may try it. I'm really hard to please when it comes to seafood restaurants outside Louisiana. They all seem so bland. We're going in January too.

They are both really good. On our last trip DH's favorite was Chefs and mine was LC. Those are the only 2 we are repeating on our upcoming January trip. You really can't go wrong with either.

Les Chefs is wonderful! In my opinion it is a close second only to Le Cellier. I had the onion soup and chicken, dh had bisque and steak. It was the only ADR my dh specifically requested that I make for our upcoming trip in January, all the rest I could just make whatever I wanted.

I have a 7:30 reservation for Chefs de France on January 6 so it's definitely loaded into the system. I made my reservation on the phone early yesterday morning. It was odd though. At first the CM told me it was showing no availability then a few seconds later she found it.
