We are going to celebrate getting engaged, hopefully, and my first marathon. Just wondering if i should mention it to All Star Sports before we get there, or after I ask "The Question" on the first night.....

Well...I talked to the photopass people yesterday at the Poly. They said the last time they do photos is at 4:30. Guess I will have to stick to the tri-pod idea.

My girlfriend (soon to be engaged, hopefully!) and I will be checking in to the All Star Sports resort on January 3rd with a room only reservation for one night. On the 4th-11th we have a package booked for the marathon. Does anyone see a problem with being able to stay in the same room for...

So let me get this right....you buy the cd first, then they let you book a session for $25 and you can request where you want the pictures taken at?

I just called and talked to the photo people at Disney and the lady i talked to was very helpful. She is going to send me some sample photos from what they take. They did offer a package for $475, which is a little expensive for my tastes. She did say that if that was out of my price range...

So you think the CM's at AS will be able to help me out somewhat? Would there be a photographer at the polynesian that could help me out?

I doubt we will get married at Disney, but thats all up to her...I think she has set her mind on getting married at a beach. I went ahead and made dinner reservations at the Kona Cafe for 7:05pm, I think that would give us plenty of time to get there.

I think we are going to try and just get a snack at the poly before the wishes show, just to make sure we are there in time. I will probably tell her we need to start making our way to the poly around 6 or 630.

I contacted Gifts of a liftetime, they are a little on the expensive side to me. I told them what i was looking for and they were looking at atleast $200. I think i can plan something myself at a much cheaper price. Anyone know how long it should take us to get from All star sports to magic...

I planned on taking the bus from AS Sports to MK and then the monorail to the poly. She knows that we are going to be looking for a good spot to watch the Wishes show, but she has no idea about an engagement. I have a tripod and camera that I'm gonna set up, telling her that its just to catch...
