Yes, the last show will begin at 7:00pm. On our last day at MK, we "forgot" about Hall of Presidents and realized it at about 8:50pm. Since the map said it closed at 9:00pm, we weren't sure either. We hurried across the park and made it just in time for the last show at 9:00pm.

Okay, I did not know this. When my children were small, they waited in the queue all the way up until it was our turn to ride, one parent stayed with the child and the other rode. When the ride was over, we just switched off. Apparently things have changed and I need to do more research. Thanks!
