used time.gov and at 6:00:00 we got boarding group 201. Were called just at the end of the fireworks. So rode Tron in about 20 minutes and got to Main St for the 11pm parade. Funny, we were on Small World at 6:00, and the people in the row behind us were doing the same and got boarding group 152.

Attended 12/18 party. They let us in at 3:45. No toy soldiers yet in Market Street, but we were on Jingle Cruise before 4pm.

So, reporting back. I waited until 5pm and then canceled my MK reservation and re-booked Epcot. Stacked Genie+ for later in the day. Did not buy iLL. Of course this is a moot point soon since there are only 2 parties left and reservations are going away soon, but maybe it will help someone...

8:45! You get let in early and they walk you back to the area. Very leisurely. No elbow throwing! Just kidding. It was smooth and laid back from start to finish, and we were done before it got super hot.
