When we had new siding installed, we did indeed have things fall off the walls and damage. I think it was good of your contractor to warn you - mine didn't.

Thanks for the review! We were at Steakhouse 55 for our 20th anniversary on Wednesday night and loved it. Everything was delicious. We had a great server, and enjoyed the whole experience (minus the amuse bouche or whatever you call it).

At some point, there was only one theater running, so for our fastpasses at 7:15 pm the line took about 45 minutes. The standby jumped to 120 minutes. This was last night.

I can't even imagine. Prayers for the family.

Thanks for all the suggestions! We wound up purchasing a day ART pass for our family for $20. In case anyone else would be interested, we walked to the main entrance of Disney. The buses line up on the right - number 18 is the one to Knotts Berry. There is a kiosk somewhat hidden at the end...

We bought tickets to Knotts Berry intending to use the bus, however we can't find info about what time, how much, where to go, etc. DH asked at our hotel and they were no help. Anyone have any info? We are staying at the Fairfield.

Just a note about the Amish....around here, some Amish do have phone shacks. Basically a shack with a phone to record messages, and I think has to be off their property. Also, quite a few have cell phones, but it can't be registered in their name. They get a non-Amish friend to take care of...

If I am doing well, I follow my version of the flylady method. Some chores done daily, and focus on one part of the house for a week. Her web site is really helpful. If I am not doing well, it is because I am too busy scrapbooking! Or reading.... or wishing I were scrapbooking!
