So I had an issue with the Amazon $12.50 promo not working on my iphone or iPad. Then I tried through a web browser on the ipad and got the qualifying offer message that I will receive the credit. So if you don’t have a computer handy, use a web browser instead of the app. Good luck all.

I got the same error for our October trip. Went to their facebook page and saw that it‘s only valid for weekdays. I was trying for Saturday and Sunday trips. So that would explain why I got the error. Not sure your dates but may be same for you.

To answer your question - yes, a screenshot will work. I forgot to load a $50 on to a physical card and we were at the parks. I actually made it my lock screen picture on my iPhone because it would be easier to find after all the Disney pictures I was going to take. No issues at all using it.

I was under the impression that all brands of Landry cards were welcomed at all Landry owned locations. So then why the different tiers? Side note - ordered Landry brand from Sam’s Club (multi labelled card - Big Fish, River Crab, Charleys Crab, etc) and it came with $15 Landry’s Reward card...

Happy to report TopCashback did track the gift card order at the 6% rate. Frustrated to report that Sam’s Club cancelled the order without reason or notification.

Honestly I feel this is all being done so that they don't have to go outside normal boundaries (extending point usage for example) and can still charge dues. Somewhere someone is saying "Hey, we only owe them a room". It might be what we signed up for, but it doesn't make it right.

So why the heck couldn't member services help? She was nice but I feel like she may have been inexperienced (put me on hold for a long time and kept telling me I didn't have enough points). Should I have stated this differently to the agent?

This is exactly what I'm trying to avoid.
