Ok I"m new to Universal and very confused....you don't know which character is at each restaurant?

We are thinking of going the last week of August 2016....approximately 8/20-8/27. How are the crowds then? We've gone to Disney many times during that week and it is normally a slower period so I was hoping Universal would be the same!

I have it narrowed down to HRH and RPR. We are a family of five and my kids LOVE pools with slides, so I am thinking HRH would be best since it has the slide and the rooms are a little bigger than RPR. Decisions decisions ;)
