I have seen the same thing with ours. i would just call & ask to see what is going on. we did not have to pay anything extra. Ours is paid on a per month basis too.

Ok i am not to up to date on how this is gonna work. We need 2 rooms. there are 6 total in our family. We have enough points for all of us by 1 adult. Is it possible to book a room & pay cash for the Adult & use the points for 1 child? i would try to book all of the kids & me in one room but...

we have stayed at VWL the past 3 years. we went in sept - 2 times & Dec the other. had not problems booking in sept but we did in dec only because i tried so late in the year to do it. it was way passed the 7 month mark.

so how many rooms do they have to offer right now for the concierge level at AKV? We are hoping to get a 2 bedroom in october
