    Pan Pacific Vancouver on Hotwire

Thank you for sharing. The odd thing is that I saw Pan Pacific on LMT for several months this past fall but didn't book as I was waiting to finalize our plans and making sure the cruise was a definite. By mid November when I was committed and ready to book our hotel, Pan Pacific is no longer...

    Pan Pacific Vancouver on Hotwire

Bumping this up- has anyone had any more recent success booking on LMT or hotwire for the Pan Pacific? I haven’t seen it on LMT since about mid-November unfortunately and I regret I didn’t book then. I’ve read historical hotwire tips to hopefully get the Pan on here, but haven’t seen any...

    Booking Hotel thru Trip Advisor?

It appears to keep fluctuating. On Sunday it showed 253, yesterday close to 400 again, then today at work it was 253 but tonight it was back up to near 400. Very skeptical at this point plus I also looked at the cancel on dot com website directly and it says it is about buying and selling hotel...

    Booking Hotel thru Trip Advisor?

Hi- I've never booked thru them before, I just use it for reading reviews and researching, however this was the first time I noticed them offering to book thru them and the price was significantly cheaper than the other sites prices which they displayed including ones like you said above. It...

    Booking Hotel thru Trip Advisor?

Has anyone booked a pre cruise hotel through Trip Advisor? I didn't even know Trip Advisor did bookings but while reading hotel reviews today and I had my dates in for Vancouver this July before our Alaska cruise, it showed prices. The lowest for the Pan Pacific hotel that I'm interested in was...

    Alaska Excursions--post your reviews here!

Thanks! Has anyone done this excursion in mid July and if so what was your review? Did you see a lot of bears? I ask because the dcl site says this excursion doesn't start until mid July which I'm guessing if at all would be my cruise which is 7/13/15. I think it is seasonal because the bears...

    Alaska Excursions--post your reviews here!

I would also like to know which excursion this is. We are going July 13, 2015 and wonder if this excursion is offered then and if so how many bears you saw.

For those who paid $200-250/night at the Pan Pacific in Vancouver...

OK now that I'm ready to book since I got confirmation from my travel companion and secured time off from work, I got to the Last Minute Travel website, search as I did last month, and nothing comes up when I search for Pan Pacific. Then when I do an open search, it comes up with all these...

    Christmas Day at Magic Kingdom

Hi- just booked for Christmas Day at WDW for 2 nights on a solo trip. I am a super planner and usually book vacations a year or more in advance so this is tortuous for me to book only 2 months out, but it was unexpected due to some unfortunate family circumstances and I just need to get away...

    Krispy Kreme Donuts

They did not have KK donuts on my Med cruise or WBTA cruise last year and this year on Magic but did when I was on the Dream and Fantasy in both years. I think for the Europe cruises they have different suppliers and have donuts that look like KK but definitely are NOT. I was bummed because I...

For those who paid $200-250/night at the Pan Pacific in Vancouver...

Thank you for the iPad/mobile tip! It doesn't work on the computer but did on my phone. It shows me just $195 a night for July! Does this site require payment in full at time of booking, just a deposit, or just a credit card hold with no charge?

    Passport stamps

Grand cayman has a great turtle passport stamp you can get right at the immigration office at the dock. On my cruises I try to ask guest services if I can leave my passport with them to get it stamped when customs boards at each port but this is hit or miss. Sometimes they will do it and...

For those who paid $200-250/night at the Pan Pacific in Vancouver...

Hi there- you are the 2nd person that said you were able to book the Pan Pacific through LMT without signing up for their club. Can you please clarify exactly how you did this? Another previous poster said you have to google a ‘free membership’ code to use—is that what you meant that you did...

How do you book with them without signing up for the club? I'm on the site and I can't figure out how to search Vancouver and book...

    PC Repo Ports

Our 2011 wonder PC repo left from PC but this was a January trip rather than the majority which are in spring and fall. Also ironically on that PC trip we missed cc due to winds we couldn't dock. Very sad but the rest of the cruise was absolutely amazing. We also just did the WBTA but it ended...

    Juice - What is Available

You can ask for other juices for free at cabanas such as pineapple grapefruit or cranberry but it did take several minutes to wait for the cm to get it from another location on the Magic. We found it easier to ask for it in to go cups from the dining rooms towards the end of our meal instead.

    Alaska Dock or Tender?

Thanks all. I'm glad to hear that DCL docks at all 3 ports and that if for some reason we had to tender that they contract out. What a relief. I would have had to cancel otherwise because my mom could not get into that boat without any windows. A regular tender boat like they use in grand cayman...

    Adult only cruise?

I completely agree with this. I've done 10 cruises and most were with the regular amount of kids and I always enjoyed the empty or non busy adult pool. But on the Panama Canal I did in 2011 and WBTA last month both only had 200 kids so the adult pool was insanely packed and had to be up at crack...

A few questions about the Fantasy

I agree it was the same way on the Magic last month. I love the show and drawing but that appetizer was in edible. Good thing the Mac and cheese soup afterwards was good.

    Alaska Dock or Tender?

Booked for Alaska in July, so I'm enjoying reading through the long excursion thread to get ideas. However I came across one post that said since ports were crowded with ships, the Carnival ship had to tender guests to shore using their lifeboats. This concerns me because I'm planning to take my...
