We actually received the closing documents on Monday and mailed them back yesterday with our check. Our broker was *************.com and Duncan Title.

Our offer was accepted on 8/19 and sent to Disney on 8/22. We passed ROFR on 9/7 (17 day). Received our closing documents yesterday (9/12) and mailed them back today with our check. ☺

We just passed ROFR on 9/7 and I was notified by my broker today that we will have our closing documents by this Wednesday (9/14).

Just heard that we should have our closing documents by Wednesday. ☺

We've had 2 contracts taken back already both on Day 18...we are approaching Day 18 with this one on Thursday. So I think my anxiety will lessen, if we make it past that.

Feeling very nervous whenever, I get a new email notification...as I see other Saratoga contracts pass that were sent either right before or after ours.

We tried TSS for our 1st 2 tries (Disney took them), closing costs were $656 for 150 points at Saratoga. For our 3rd try we switched to Buy and Sell DVC, closing costs are $625 for 160 points at Saratoga.

After having 2 taken already...I'm definitely not getting my hopes up.

Really, now that you mention it...if I was paying more for direct I would want the full pionts. Fingers crossed others feel the same way.

They took my 150 point SSR contract with the seller paying the 2016 MF last Monday. I also belong to a couple FB groups and saw a couple smallet contracts with seller paying MF being taken recently.

Thanks...we are waiting to hear on a loaded contract with the seller paying the MF. Though nervous because Disney took one with the same terms.
