My family rode The Barnstormer during AM EMH on Tuesday, April 3rd. I can't say whether it opened at exactly 7:00 AM because we hit PPF, SWSA, and Pooh first, but we definitely rode Barnstormer before 8:00 AM.

The Sea Raycers available at the Yacht Club are not as fast as those available at the Bay Lake Resorts. My understanding is that this is because Crescent Lake is not large enough to handle the faster watercraft. Poly, CR, WL, or FW are your best bets for the fastest boats.

Count me among the worried-paranoid. We're headed to WDW on June 5 and BTMR is dd6's favorite! With all the other work being done in Fantasyland and throughout the World, I sure hope Big Thunder is on schedule.

All of the outside rides are different at night, but we feel the following are better when dark: Jungle Cruise, Big Thunder, Astro Orbiter, Haunted Mansion (not outside, but the theme seems enhanced), Expedition Everest, and Tower of Terror. We also prefer touring World Showcase after dark.
