In our case, I was looking at The Timeshare Store (www.dvcresale.net) and found a contract on the site that worked for us. Contacted them, and 4 hrs later made an offer.

Checking is, as to not lose my status on the boards. The DW and I made an offer on a 50 pt BWV contract. It's enough points for a 3 or 4 day studio stay each fall during food & wine for 2 ppl. We're pretty excited, even if the first time we use the points won't be until January 2022.
