i can 2nd the my own space thing. I nticed our 51/2 year old would pull her hood down when we wer ein a crowd even in the dark or if she was a little upset with her. It gave her a way to get away for a few minutes and be in control of something.

I think she was stating why it was important to her. Not insulting anyone else. Some people have done a fine job of insulting and being judgemental of her however.

I think if you decide for that age the rent on demand would work. DHS and AK are fairly compact. And you will be sitting through shows at both of these. You could rent for Epcot and I think MK too. That way you are looking at 2 or 3 days rental.

I think Crystal Palace would be a good choice. It is a buffet with lots of choices. The winne the pooh characters are there. The smaller ones usually like these characters. However if you think he will be scared of the characters that may not be a good choice.
