We took Hailey during our trip in January and she was 3.5. We booked an early reservation and she was fine. She's used to going to restaurants though.

DD slept in the other queen bed when we stayed at the WL during our January trip. She turned 3 in Sept but has been in a twin bed since she was 2 years old. We used the bedrails provided by the hotel and they were fine.

We had the DDP during our Jan 20th-27th stay and I was able to get a milkshake as my beverage with my meal.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a delicious latte in DHS at Starring Rolls. After drinking cruddy coffee at our breakfasts I was very thankful :)

We brought $400 cash which we barely used since we had nearly that much in Disney gift cards so we didn't need to touch our cash till the very last day of our trip.

Not sure on your budget, but I have a Maclaren Triumph that we took to Disney and it was perfect. Very easy to fold, lightweight and a slight recline. I think Chicco makes a decent umbrella stroller too.

MK - We did Cosmic Rays twice since we all eat different things and Pinocchio Village Haus. AK - there's a counter service next to Yak and Yeti where I got Kung Pao beef that was really good and a nice portion too. Didn't eat CS in Epcot.
