Hi :) trying to plan a couple days in October.. I know it has been getting busier each year in October.. is there something "special" going on Oct 17th & Oct 18th?? I know Gay Days is a couple weeks earlier but wanting to see if there is another big group coming in around those days...

I've never stayed but our friends are staying at the Desert Inn this weekend and they have a family suite that sleeps 8. It's across the street so it's walking distance. Good luck planning! :)

We have stayed at both. The BWPPI is closer (it's at the crosswalk) but the Fairfield is only a short 5 min walk (if that). We prefer the BWPPI but thats just my 2cents.

We are leaving in two days too around 6am. Lol lol.

Call the hotel at which you are staying and they will probably have a number of a bakery for you :)

Our friend had a problem with another convention as well. They went ahead and booked it for 4 and then called the convention group reservation and they added on the 5th person. Once you book it you will get the confirmation email with the phone number. Hope this helped :)

I ended up ordering my photo pass plus on Tuesday night and I received it today!! Woo hoo!! Very quick turn around :)
