Don't you have to make the transfer? It doesn't make any sense that they told you the other member took them out of YOUR account. I don't really have a problem with the rest of it, mistakes do happen and they fixed it. But for them to give you false info like that is way out of line.

I don't see how re-sale is a better deal in this situation. 50 points through Disney is $102 point = $5100 with no closing costs. With Disney you could rent/transfer the 2009 and 2010 points for $10 a point to lower your cost by another $1000, that would bring it down to $82 a point...

I think Disney has a big advantage with small add-ons. When the points goes up the advantage goes down. If you are looking for a 50 point add-on with a specific use year and resort you might be waiting a long time. By the time you factor in closing costs and potential of a striped contract it...
