Just chiming in as a CM who works at one of the resorts... First off, I'm so sorry that your uncle was given a dirty look or bad service for not tipping - that's inexcusable. The bellmen I work with always try to give the same level of service to all guests, whether or not they're being tipped...

I have friends who swear by the All Star Sports because of the more newly renovated rooms - specifically in the Baseball building, if that helps. :)
