Not sure when you are going, but I had an 11B GTY booked and got moved to an 8C room 2 days before the cruise. I was VERY happy with that upgrade. Got room 8172. Large porthole room. Lots of vibration backing into CC and some (not much) going back to Port Canaveral. Overall we loved...
on our cruise on 9/11, we didn't even check in at the desks. When I asked about upgrading, they said I could talk to guest services on the boat, but they didn't think they were doing any. BTW, when I booked an 11B GTY, I did get assigned an 8C room.
Just got off the ship. WiFi did not work at the adult beach or most of the family beach for me. But the app had all the information loaded and cached so we could see everything that was going on that day.
I am no expert on all this but I don't think anyone can release your medical records (including a + COVID test ) without your express written consent. That is what the HIPPA laws were designed for - keeping your personal medical records private. I am sure if I am wrong others will chime in.
Just curious if anyone who recently cruised on the 3 and 4 night cruises and booked their room GTY (NOT *GT) received an upgrade to a higher category. With such a limited capacity of people, just wondering if anyone got moved up.
I guess we are on the same cruise. I had to go and check and see if I was cleared to sail - and I am!!!!! :D.
Now if I only had a room assigned - i would be set.

On the sept 11 4 day Fantasy. Booked august 27 late at night. I did book a 11b GTY. Last time I did a 12 GTY on the Wonder and got moved to a 9C. I am good with inside on a Bahamas cruise though
The last 2 Disney cruises I did both were booked for an inside and both were upgraded to ocean view. I guess I got lucky those 2 times and was hoping that still happened a lot. I might go ahead and upgrade beforehand. If the ships are only 35% full not sure why they wouldn’t just upgrade
We booked the cheap inside gty rom on the 9/11 fantasy. Was hoping for an automatic upgrade since it seems empty. If not an automatic upgrade, what are the chances of upgrading at the port?
On the 9/11 too. Filled out all info on august 28 - the day we booked - and ours is pending too. I check every couple of hours just in case. Maybe too much but we haven’t been on a Disney cruise since 2009 and we are a little excited :jumping3:
Just booked this 4 day cruise. Not sure how this will work since it has been 10 years since I’ve been on DCL. Me and wife are going so no kids this time. They are in college now. Man how time flies!
My child took Bonine for Kids. Found it at Kroger and Walmart. It helped on the first night with some rough water. It took a few hours for the feelings to go away for her.

usually a bigger choice, but you will find that the quotes are nearly identical for the same insurance companies (Kinda like a disney cruise).
Please don't miss dining in the main dining room if you don't get your luggage before you have dinner. I know there are so many threads about breaking the "rules", but really, Disney does not care if you show up in your regular street clothes (including shorts). Go and eat in the main room and...
If you don't want to carry on a bag, then don't. If your luggage doesn't make it to your room before dinner, then go in the clothes that you got on the ship with. You won't be denied entrance unless you are wearing a swimsuit.
