Are you referring to the Disney Visa Card rewards? You redeem those for a refillable gift card and can use it for whatever you want in MDE. I recommend storing the gift card number in a note on your phone so you can copy and paste it into the app.

You're going to want to ride Rise of the Resistance (DHS), Guardians (EPCOT), and Flight of Passage (AK). Don't skip any parks if you haven't been in 25+ years. A lot has changed.

The All Star buses only share sometimes in the middle of the day, never first thing in the morning or when the parks are closing.
