    Ebay question, non payment?

I usually send a reminder email after 5 days, and if no response, I will file a unpaid report after 8 days. You then have to wait another 7 days before the case can close and you can make a second chance offer. It can make you nervous to wait for someone to pay, but most people with decent...

    Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

One recommendation - if she has a problem with loud noises, cover her ears during the beginning when you go up the hill through the bat cave. My thrill loving daughter still covers her ears on that part.

Late July - are we insane????

We were there in May '01 when I was 7 months pregnant. I have never been so exhausted in my life! Take it real slow and drink LOTS of water. It's the extra "rain forest humidity" they pump in - gotta love the WDW theming! :rotfl2:

Late July - are we insane????

Thanks for the input! We have always travelled as supercommandos. Obviously, a trip in July will require a different mindset. :cool1:

Late July - are we insane????

We are considering a trip the last week of July. We have always gone off-season, although last October certaintly felt like peak time. Are we out of our minds? Is late July better than mid-June? I know that lots of people go in the summer and love it - I just don't know if we are those...

    Anyone recently back that drove?

We just drove back from Atlanta to Clarksville tonight. There are lots of areas along 1-75 in Atlanta without gas, but most of the stations in Dalton, Cartersville, etc. north of Atlanta on 1-75 have gas. We paid 3.79 in Adairsville. I sure hope that it will stabilize by next week. We head...

    Dollywood Tickets

Be aware that the AAA Dollywood tickets are only available through the mail or at an office. You cannot print them online. I found this out the hard way the day before our trip. We could not find any Coke can deals, and ended up paying full price. However, we thought it was great park!

For those of you in WDW during Columbus week 07 - questions

:thumbsup2 How were the crowds during Columbus week? We usually go the second week in September, and don't know what to expect for this time period. I'd love to hear your experiences regarding wait times, restaurant crowds, etc. Thanks!

    Driving through Jacksonville

Drive straight through on I-95! You won't avoid traffic on 295 - on the day after Thanksgiving it may be worse since it goes past a large shopping area. You shouldn't have any troubles driving through downtown. You are going at a great time - enjoy!

Rides to avoid for people suffering with migraines

I've found that the Tomorrowland Speedway always gives me a headache. The noise, the smells, the long wait in the sun - all factors. Now I avoid it. Besides, my car would always die halfway around the track. :furious:

Extra Magic Hours--Is it that crowded

We did MK evening EMH in Sept. and Feb. Neither time was very crowded, although it did seem to get busier as the night got later. It was cool to ride Thunder Mt after dark. We will be doing it again this Sept. :cool1:

A totally different type of establishment!

A friend of mine who recently returned from WDW was telling me about the changes at the World of Disney at Downtown Disney. She was going on and on about all of the "piratey" things, and I asked her if she had seen the new beauty salon. Her reply was, "Oh yeah, that Bod-A-Bing Salon. It...

    Capris during the summer?

Capris will also help to protect your legs from the reflected heat from the pavement. You can get a bad sunburn from that. :sunny: I live in shorts here, but I wear capris in the parks.

What happens if I change the dates on my package?

I am about to book the MYW package with the ticket upgrades. If I have to change my dates (within the time period of the offer), will I lose this upgrade? Will I have to rebook, or can they adjust the dates without losing the upgrade? :confused3
