They had the date of August 31st on the reservation page, but they took it down now. I wouldn't count on it being open for your trip. I have made alternate plans for our September trip just in case.

We found the buses to Epcot were few and far between in our mid-January stay. And that opinion was shared by many that week. If this is an on-going problem, they really need to remedy it.
