I think two days is a must in epcot, to really get a good feel for the place and see alot of it, but then again I really do enjoy epcot!

My experience of Value resorts around Free dining, is very busy and noisy, as previously mentioned, Riverside is likely to be the more peacefull of the two.

It's interesting to hear the mixed reviews, I've always fancied a stay at the polynesian, but its seems so expensive, moreso having read this thread :S
