We were just at WDW. As a smoker I did not smoke outside of the DSAs and I agree that some of them are placed in terrible spots (the one beside the Castle is in a horrible spot). While I only smoked in the DSAs at the parks, while we were at SSR when I asked some of the cast members where the...
I didn't find the crowds that bad. We were there from October 6-15. I noticed that the crowds were heavier on the weekend but it was not unbearable in any way, shape or form. We went as a group of 12, of which 5 were 1st timers. We had reasonable wait times, no transportation issues, always...
Back from our October 6-15 trip (big family trip, 12 of us in total)! We have booked for just DH and I for our 16th Anniversary. We will be at Saratoga from May 7-21. Can't wait. Only 10 more days until I can book ADRs!
We were there from 10/16-10/15. We brought another family (first timers) with us who left on 10/13. I didn't find the crowds to be bad at all. We hit all the major rides that we wanted to with minimal wait times, finding often that the posted time was nowhere near what we actually waited. I...
We are from Edmonton too. We have driven to Disneyland for the last 2 Christmas-New Year periods. We don't drive down the coast though. We take the I-15. Do you want some info on this route?
Our very 1st trip our youngest at the time was 18 months old. The last time we went with all of our kids our new youngest was 10 weeks old. I enjoyed both trips and loved that I got to take an air conditioned break to go to nurse my baby :)
We have worn our anniversary buttons even though it wasn't our exact anniversary. We got married in May but wanted to do F&W festival. Our anniversary gift was to go during that time. We were celebrating our anniversary we just had to wait for the gift :)
We have only done the birthday...
Hi all! I was wondering if anyone would send me the patterns as well. I am currently working on the castle but would love to have some projects for the future! :) TIA

As a Canadian I will stand while any National Anthem is being played but I will not put my hand to heart. We will remove our hats as a sign of respect. I know the words to the Star Spangled Banner as well as I do O Canada but will not sing as it is not my Anthem to sing.
I don't think that...
I have been entering every day since the 2nd week of January. I am keeping my fingers crossed :D We would pick WDW and would make it an adult trip since we have 4 kids.....we are mean ;)
I am so glad that I am not the only one that feels that way!!
We have (had) made it our first night tradition to eat at HOB. My DH loves the Jambalaya and I love the rib eye. We had always had great food and great service.
We went to DLR for Christmas this year and eagerly anticipated our...
While I would stop and watch (as I have never seen it) I would not put my hand to heart as I am not American. I am not sure that I would stop more than once to see it either.
Hello all!!
I just found this thread and am so excited to take part. I am working on Past, Present and Future right now. I started it in May and have so much to do but I can't wait to finish it and be able to look at the Castle every day!! :):goodvibes
I buy new ears every trip. I don't wear them every day while I am there because sometimes I don't decide which ones I want until close to the end of the trip. I also wear them at home when I need a Disney feeling. My DH laughs at me but I love my ears!!!
