I also agree with the others. May = No problem. It will be very easy to get this date. I booked a May room at BWV at about 3 months out. December is completely a different story. Very difficult to get your days if you don't book about 9 to 11 months out. You will be fine.

For those of you that have sold, how much is the ROFR fee and is it correct that the transfer fee is $200. Unfortunately, I have to sell and have listed an today. I called DVC for information and they sent me a letter that had very little information.

I think I remember only 2 washers and 2 dryers. There was no charge for them. I dont remember a place to hang clothes, but may have been. I only remember a bench to fold the clothes. No TV in there either. Gina
