Do they still allow entry to the Parks half an hour before normal opening? How soon before the normal opening time do they allow entry to the parking lots?

We're coming from UK on Nov 10th. We see some Christmas events (MVMCP and Osborne Lights etc) are starting earlier than normal this year, which is good for us. Does anyone know if all the parks will be decorated early this year ,or will the decorations only go up after Thanksgiving? Thanks
