My experience has been that you only need one form of proof of residency plus an ID with your photo on it. So I could have my Bank Statement with my FL address and my Drivers License from another state.

It just depends on the kids. If your 2nd grader won't be affected by missing a few days then do it. If your child will fall behind then don't do it.
