We are doing Hilton Lake Buena Vista :) My dad worked out the points. Our tradition is always going to DTD (now DS) the evening we get in. This way we just have to cross a pedestrian bridge. It's my first time at an off-site property since I was 7.

Thank you all for the insights. My father is a grand vacation club member and we are trying to decide which one to stay at in January. Three rooms, six adults, one preschooler, one toddler. I keep flip-flopping on the better option. We are not planning to rent a car.

Will be nice to board into the lobby on deck 3 and have the whole PC experience -- our last cruise out of Miami had us board on deck 4.

We decided we are not telling DD about the cruise -- just that we are going to WDW. Because we are sneaky like that!

We had a horrible experience out of Miami on a different line - very rude employees. We had to show our Cruise Card every 15 feet.... hoping they have some great DCL folks around for next year's PC.

I, too, am glad for one classic ship still in the fleet. We've sailed the Magic and the Fantasy as well, and it felt like something was missing.

We took my daughter to the Club and Lab during Open House and she had a great time (she was about 20 months). She LOVED the nursery - and they had several family time events around the ship -- some for younger kids, some for all ages (we kept missing the morning dance party, though).
