I agree, when we stayed there last yr there were 2 children trying to jump on these poor ducks in the quiet pool and their (so called responsible adult) was heard saying oh they love all animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As much as i have a fear of birds, i thought this behaviour was outrageous.

Hi May seem a silly question but do they still have the ducks who seem to like swimming in the quiet pool. I have a real fear of birds and this was the only thing that i really didn't enjoy at what otherwise was a fantastic resort.

really glad it is all sorted for you. We have booked our last 2 trips through the coop and i always press our Travel Agent to give me every detail in written form. I just need to have that comfort that if anything goes wrong i can let them see in black and white.:goodvibes

got ours today - we did get one last yr and this yrs is thinner than the previous. That having been said, i haven't had a good look but i don't think at the moment that much has changed points wise.

I'd like to see a discount offered if you purchase the dining plan for your stay. With Free dining on offer so often, it would just be a nice perk.

Congratulations! you will absolutely love FQ we stayed there in 2008 and loved it soo much. It has a beautiful feeling to it, possibly because it is a smaller resort. And it has just been refurbished i believe so that is an added bonus:goodvibes

Hi Have been thinking about booking a Grand Villa at Jambo House, can anyone explain the difference between the Standard and the Savanah view on the points chart. It's just in all the descriptions, they say that all Grand Villas have a savanah view, so am a bit confused. thanks

Hi We flew on a First Choice aircraft last yr in Premium and had 2 rows of 2 rows 3 & 4 on the way out and 5 & 6 on the way back. Either of these were fine. Personally i would avoid the back row of premium as, although curtained off, right by the toilets to the main cabin.
