Yes, they will come get you from any on property resort. Then drive you to the car care center at the MK parking lot entrance in a big passenger van. Probably be picking up others from other resorts at the same time. It gives you an opportunity to look at other places too.

Theres a car rental center right at the magic kingdom parking lot entrance. They will pick you up for free at any Disney resort. That's what we did and it worked great. I think it was Alamo.

As an easy way around ROFR I would just put a crazy amount per pout on the contract of 180PP. That way they will never ROFR it. It's just fictitious money anyway. Wouldn't that work?

You would have hated to see our issues on our current VWL purchase. We were told that if we used our credit card for the 1000.00 deposit we would be charged a $60 processing fee just because we are Canadian. Plus they could not accept a cdn origin USA cheque either. Good thing we have a USA bank...

It's Quite possible that this is too high I agree. But blt is around 155 now right? This new place is supposed to be their new flagship resort so it only makes sense by the time it's done the buy in will probably start at 180 plus -10 incentive. Just my .02 cents.

If I were to make a guess it will be 180-200 PP less a 10PP discount incentive for DVC members. Even with a discount its still too rich for my blood :(
