    Single Roll Call

How much do they hold on my CC at check-in

I have paid for my room in advance. I thought the credit card at check-in was optional. If you don't leave a credit card, they just block you from charging to the room. Is this wrong?:confused3

I have to agree with you ~ it is soooo nice to do whatever you want. If you want to go the park from open to close or eat junk all day, there is no one to question you or slow you down. Whenever I travel with others, I always feel like I have missed something. Going solo is great :banana...

We have had the nice weather too. Most of the snow is gone but now we get into mud season ~ that's always a joy  I'm going to get my snow tires taken off tomorrow. I can't wait to get to WDW where it is really warm.:woohoo:

    Solo travelers, please help!

Glad to hear there will be another New Englander there. If you see a woman in her late 30s with pasty white ski, that will probably be me:rotfl: I am from Vermont and I too am blindingly white after this long winter. I am debating whether or not to use self tanner so as to spare other...

    Solo travelers, please help!

Many of the higher end sunscreens have travel sizes. You might do well to look online or go somewhere like Target where they will many different kinds. There has to be a smaller tube somewhere ~ it might just not be Neutrogena.

Don't forget to bring a little tube of sunscreen. Nothing will ruin a trip faster than a bad sunburn. Otherwise, you seem to have it covered.

    Best Restaurants for solo diners

Thanks for the advice! I think you're right about the Sci-fi - it sounded fun at first but the more people talk, the less I want to go. I'll see if I can get an ADR for Prime Time. I've done solo trips many times and I love it. My last solo was to London so WDW is a piece of cake:) I...

    Do Male Disney Fanactics Exist?

Oops  ~ Sorry, I'm not a guy. I just relate to the whole work atmosphere of people who don't get Disney. I, too, am looking for the rare man who loves all things Disney.:goodvibes

I'm doing a solo trip next month and am wondering what are the best places for a single diner. I am on the DDP. I have made my reservations but am curious if they are the best choices. This is what I have so far: Kona cafe: - dinner Teppanyaki - dinner Yak & Yeti - lunch Sci-Fi Dine in...

    Do Male Disney Fanactics Exist?

I have to do the same thing at work. I am 38 and single and people at work assume I'm taking my niece on my upcoming trip. When they hear I am going solo they just stop talking and look uncomfortable. I LOVE Disney and people just don't get it ~ where else can you go and act like a kid and no...

Going solo is great. I did it once at WDW in 1995 and a couple of times at DL. I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. You can do whatever you want at your own speed. When I go to WDW/DL I am going from dawn to dusk and I always find that when i go with other people I never get to do...
