Fastest way from Paris to DLP.

RER A is the easiest way to get from Paris to DLP. Just make sure you get on one that says Marne-la-Vallee Chessy (should also have a Mickey Head on most signage), as RER has 2 endpoints in that direction. RER A stops at Charles de Gaulle Etoile, which is pretty close to Arc de Triomphe. The...

Food Allergies and Club rooms at DLP hotels ?

Val d'Europe also has an Auchan, which is my favorite French (well, European) grocery store. I have no advice to give you for your food allergies in specific, but most European menus have pretty decent allergen information. In and around DLP, you shouldn't need much French, so that should make...

any help or tips for a newbie to Paris

I can tell you, as an American who had been living in a small city in Europe for about 2.5 months at the time, Paris public tranist is incredibly easy to use, even if you have zero French skills. As far as theft/pickpocketing goes, just be smart about how you carry your valuables (zipped and not...

Going to Disney World with flat feet-- suggestions?

I have feet which are prone to flatness (fallen arches) as well as developing plantar fasciitis. Even if it doesn't bother him in his day-to-day, I strongly suggest that he go to a running store and have them help him select appropriate shoes. And by running store, I don't mean a generic sports...

2 1/2 day itinerary Disneyland Paris / Walt Disney Studios - Take 2

I was there 2 weeks ago and didn't try the Mickey ice cream, but at Studios they had a cart near ToT selling magnum bars that they hand dip in chocolate and toppings that were the best things I ate at DLP. We got them twice. (My wife doesn't like scary stuff but rode ToT twice anyway and sugary...

Help. First timer for Disneyland Paris and overwhelmed!

We just went 2 weeks ago and stayed at Hotel l'Elysee Val d' Europe. It is offsite, but most people staying there are doing DLP. The hotel was quite nice, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was stellar, I missed it so much when we left. They had a shuttle to and from the parks...

Are my Disneyland Paris plans doable????

In addition to the above, I highly recommend the spiderman WEB ride. It is really fun! I also would not bother with Cars Rallye. We were there for 3 days in october (Thurs, Fri, Sat) and did basically everything in both parks in a day and a half, and on our 3rd day (Saturday) we were able to...

Going to DLP in Sept '23. Staying on-site. Book Passes separate from Hotel?

Nope. We even called DLP about it and there was no way to work around this. We ended up deciding to stay at a partner hotel, book through the hotel, and buy tix separate. I don't need a DLP ticket on the day I arrive and leave! That is preposterous.

When everyone is going to Disneyland Paris update 2023/24

We will be making our first trip to DLP Oct 17-24! Staying at Hotel l'Elysee Val d'Europe. Going with my wife and a good friend. My wife and I are Americans living in western Germany (Saarbrücken), and our friend from Baltimore is meeting us there.

Magic Bands and Room charging ( more than one CC account?)

Yeah, it didn't take for me at Pop Century a few years ago. At least I could Venmo my friend, but it was a big pain in the *** to figure out how much I owed her.

    Calling MDE/ticketing experts, help!

I had a similar problem, and honestly the easiest way to fix it was to invite the person to join MDE, have them accept and join through their email, and then delete the "extra people". Somehow I put my wife in 3 different ways, none of which was listed with her MDE.

*** Yay May! OFFICIAL MAY 2020 THREAD!!! Flowers are starting to bloom! ***

Just booked a 1st anniversary trip for me and my wife! She's never been. May 9-15, Pop Century Shades of Green. We're getting there late the 9th and starting Sunday the 10th at MK with CRT! I haven't been in about 5 years, and I'm super excited for all the new stuff. :)

Late risers... can we avoid lines ?

It also depends on when you are going. If it's a low time of year (like this past week), it doesn't really matter when you get to the parks. The only two rides that had excessively long lines when we were there were Soarin' and Toy Story Mania. Though we stopped by DHS one night after we left...

    One Quick Question

I always have to give a fake name. Last time it was "Anastasia". ET freaks me out (DON'T JUDGE. THAT BIOHAZARD TENT SCENE GAVE ME NIGHTMARES AS A CHILD) and I don't like it when the ET says my real name. :sad2:

    The *OFFICIAL* HHN Review Thread

We just got back. My boyfriend and I went on Friday night (26th) and got the express pass. (We knew we would only be able to go the one night, and didn't want to miss anything.) Overall, we thought last year's was better, though this year's was still good. Bill and Ted Show: Not as good...

    Outback Steakhouse

Call ahead! Save the number in your cell phone or keep it in your purse and call about an hour before you want to go. You'll probably still have to wait 5 or 10 minutes, but Outback's call-ahead seating has always worked for us.

    HHN funny stories

Last year, the Psychoscarapy house had a girl perched over a doorway who would then lean over to scare people. She was always in the same place. We went through that house 3 times, and all three times she got my boyfriend. The first time he yelped and ran. The second time he yelped and ran...

    "Due-Process" Not in Disney Vocabulary

I'm not sure, but typically on a work visa, you can't stay when you no longer have the "work". When I had foreign employees (Pool) that I fired or quit, they had to leave within a week.

    Fast Pass phasing out?!

I both love and hate fastpass. I love not having to wait in line, but I still think it's stupid. You go to an amusement park, you wait in line. That's how things are. I go to Cedar Point? I expect to wait an hour or two for Dragster. I go to Disney World? I expect to wait an hour or...

Please help those of us with no Hurricaine Experience.. poss Hanna Scenarios for 9/5

I check wunderground.com. They have all sorts of tracking maps and projected paths and predicted storm effects. It's a little bit technical, but I could figure out most of their information, and I'm a layperson as well. Their predictions for Gustav were fairly accurate (though they thought it...
