Princess for a day dress and package questions

Hi, My DD wants to do the princess for a day as we're staying at the Disneyland hotel this time. Last time we went it was fully booked. A Google search only shows really old posts with package details and prices. Does anyone have the current price and what's included? Also is there anywhere...

Disney Brides 2008 - 10 Year Board reunion

I'm currently living in the Middle East. We're hoping to do something in the Japan Disney, and then back to Florida for our 15 years. I've got 2 kids now aged 8 and 6, so they will be a great age for our 15 years celebration in Florida. I loved planning our wedding and seeing all the other...

    Hair and Makeup?

I had Ana at Beaute Speciale and was really pleased with what she did with my hair and my bridesmaids. I didn't do a trial. I showed her some pictures and she made my hair far better than the pictures :-)

Disney Brides 2008 - 10 Year Board reunion

Hello fellow Disney Brides and Disney Brides to be, I haven't been on here for a while, but I was a Disney Bride November 2008. While I was planning my wedding in 2006 and 2007 we had a really great group going. I was wondering if any of the former brides from 2008 are still on here. Plus if...

    GF room at SL question

Thank-you for all your replies. We have booked the dining plan for next year, so we don't think we will use the day time treats or drinks. Were definitely going to book the Montana room with a lake view, but I think we will probably leave GF as were going during a quieter week. Save the...

    GF room at SL question

I'm toying with the idea of upgrading to a GF lake view room at SL. Now that they no longer do the character breakfast I'm wondering if it's worth doing. For a 6 day stay it works out about £400 extra. I understand I'll get the lounge for snacks / soft drinks, breakfast in a separate room...

Photopass + anyone using this soon, please post your experience on return!

I was there last week. I was tempted to pre-order this before I went but I thought I'd wait til I got there and could see how many photopass photographers there were. I'm glad I did because there was only one in the entrance to magic Kingdom, one where the Christmas Mickey and Minnie were in...

    Stroller question for the mommies!

I've just got back from Disney. I took the cheaper stroller with me, and the airline lost it on the way home - I think it may be somewhere in the airport at France. So I would recommend taking the cheaper one :-) I would have been upset if my expensive one had got lost / damaged

Questions about the Disney Magic from Barcelona

It's my first time cruising. I'll be cruising with my husband and two children aged 3 and 5. Were on the 7 day Med cruise. - What currency do you use on board? - Is alcohol alot more expensive on board? E.g beers - Is there enough to do on board to keep a 3 and 5 year old occupied /...

Difference between the week before Christmas, and the week of Christmas

I originally intended to go to DLP on 23rd December and staying til 29th December. My work now wont let me have that time off, so were thinking of going on 12th December til 18th December. I know I'll be missing the Christmas eve and Christmas day meals you can get, but is there anything else...

    Christmas dinner

I've had a look at the New York hotel ballroom Christmas dinner, and althought the decorations look really good, I think the menu is a bit posh for my family. Can anyone recommend a dinner on Christmas day that would be suitable for young children and Christmasy? Are there any Christmas day...

    Room question

That size bed would be great for him. Would it fold up small enough to fit in a suitcase?

    Room question

My daughter (age 4) probably would, but my son wont share with anyone. I was thinking that perhaps if they didn't have bunk beds, I might take one of the blow up kids beds you can get from Argos for him to sleep on the floor. For a Christmasy feel would you SL or NPB is best?

    Room question

I'm looking at going for Christmas next year. My children will be 3 and 5 and won't share a bed. I liked the look of Sequoia Lodge, because of the stone / fireplace / Christmasy feel. Can you get rooms with bunk beds or pull out beds (I'd need a double bed with either another double and then...

    Chef Mickey breakfast recent reviews

That might be a better plan. If it's the same characters as Inventions, then I'll probably stick with just doing one. We go just before they pull the characters from the hotels, so we may be lucky and see a few there too :cool1::cool1:
