I have a family of 5, I was hoping that PORS was included, I thought that would be an option available for larger families that is a bit cheaper in price. So is that confirmed that is PORS excluded?

Just got back about a week ago, rented from Dollar for $123 for 6 nights and parked the terminal, we got a voucher from our hotel (we stayed at best western) for cheaper parking at the terminal for $9/day instead of $15/day

Maybe you can try Allegiant Air, they fly out of Grand forks (~2 hour ride from Winnipeg), their prices are decent, however I never flew with them
