We are considering the WestJet deal to DW. I'm an expert on Disneyland and Vegas but never been to DW. My kids are 13 & 10. Which value resort is best?
The flights are Sat-Sat so really only 5 full days in the parks...is that enough? Should we upgrade the dining package or just pick a...
same here! I will never go to Vegas again without renting a car! I've rented the last two visits and it was great. It only costs $12/day to rent a car and every hotel has free slep-parking or use the valet...it worked out cheaper to do this rather than take cabs everywhere. It made shopping...
You'll have a blast. I personally love the Venetian, my stay in July was amazing! Time to sign up for all the players cards for the hotels online and then you'll get sent deals. Venetian just sent me a deal for $99/night, so the deals are there!
As a frequent visitor to vegas I'd say wait...
I sold my Madonna concert tickets for Vegas on Stub Hub, it worked out great but they do 15% commission. Ebay is cheaper than that though, but Kijiji or CL is your besst bet.
I just wanted to add that I found the matching outfits that AG has tend to run on the small size for the little sizes. I bought a size 6 outfit for my neice and it was way too small. Also the clothes I found are slim fitting too so great for some kids, not for all.
Can I make a suggestion. You booked really far in advance. What I recommend to everyone is to watch the prices on websites like priceline, orbitz, travelocity, expedia. These sites allow you to book without payment, when you find a better deal you can cancel the reservation and book a new...
For those of you who have ordered American Girl dolls, can I ask a question or two?
How long does it usually take for your order to arrive? Do you order by phone or internet?
1 week for express (extra $20)
2 weeks for regular mail (extra $10)
It would depend on where you are too...
We went during our trip in April and loved it too! We could not leave without getting a doll, outfits and many accessories :D You really need to book ahead for the lunch if you are planning to eat there (it's pricey!).
We are AG addicted in our house. My DD has 6 dolls and counting. I order online 4x a year usually and try to do it when there is free shipping so there is only an additional $10 charge for shipping. My order in July was pretty big but they split it into 3 boxes so when it arrived I had to pay...
I personally think that one day at Universal is enough, we did everything plus rode the big rides a few times each...all in a day. Since you are going during the week it shouldn't be a problem. I'd add another day @ DL, we did 5 days at DL/CA and that was great for us with kids about the same...
Are there no shows, fireworks, etc.... on during this time of year?
The calender at Disneyland.com shows nothing but the hours open and nothing for entertainment. I cannot imagine not getting to see the fireworks
:(
I'm very interested in these coupons. I need coupons for two adults/two kids for two days. I'd be willing to send $5 via Paypal for anyone to send the coupons to canada...PLEASE! Thanks :)
I personally like renting a car and having that flexibility. Cabs can get expensive because of traffic. We took a cab from MGM back to the Venetian and it was $15. All the hotels have free self parking and seeing that you are alredy off the strip I'd rent a car for the $15/day. I also like...
We looked into Vonage and almost did it and decided against it because of the 911 service and for the fact that our alarm system is also not compatible with VOIP...2 important features in a home with children that I will not mess with.
I'm pretty sure walmart got rid of the layaway dept a few years ago, I may be wrong. I can't think of anyone that does anymore, everyone has their own credit card that they want you to apply for and many have a deferred payment offer available.
