Yes, all adults are lumped together. So for an extreme example. The 2 adults could eat 2 TS's every day and the 2 teens could eat the 2 QS's everyday and it would not matter.

Akershaus in Norway was the best breakfast we had at Disney. All the princesses were there and it is half family style half buffet. It was great!

We ate there for lunch in March and it was awful! My kids actually liked the characters, but the food was gross! I would avoid H&V if possible.

I hope you are able to get some ADR's, but honestly this late in the game, the DDP is probably not a good idea. Most people call 90 days in advance to get their ADR's. The QSDP may be a better bet for you! Have a blast!
