It used to be our absolute favorite. This last trip (March 2017), we actually canceled our second ADR there and went back to the Yachtsman. I am going solo in just over a month and I am not making an ADR at Narcoossees. It actually makes me sad as it has been a must do since 2008.

We mix it up as well. We do have a few favorites that are a must-do for every trip. We like to try out the new one's too. When we have more places we want to eat than days, we vote on a case by case.

We took selfies with a big ol' camera back in the day. It was the only way to take pictures when nobody else was around and you wanted a picture of BOTH of you. Now, it's the cool thing to do. I tell my kids, "You're welcome for the selfie movement. I started that crap." :crazy:

We always skipped this in the past. I tried it once on a solo trip and enjoyed it. We plan on hanging out with Ellen in September when we are back.

What confuses me is how they decide to send out that paperwork and how fancy they get with them. I received a pamphlet in an envelope when we booked the WL. When I added a one night room only to the beginning of our trip, our pamphlet came in a really nice box. We swiched from the WL to the GF...

I could spend an entire day doing the Animation Academy. Sometimes, I think I should add a day on my trip so I can just do that. We have an entire collection of drawings that I want to frame and put up when we move.

Like you, I have a credit card saved to my account. I had to re-enter my credit card number for the first ADR I made. After that, the website "remembered" for the rest of my ADRs.

I had this experience in 2013. The lady next to me despised Salmon. They did up some chicken for her instead. This meal was amazing. :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Has anyone ever dined solo? The Dh is not an adventurous eater and frankly, would probably leave hungry. I take solo trips and eat in sit-down restaurants all the time. Eating alone does not bother me. I'm not sure why this one feels different, but it does.

With 3 out of 5 of us getting sick on the motion simulator rides, we have decided Universal is not for us-right now. We had a lot of fun besides those rides. I, however, would pay the price of admission for Frozen Butterbeer. Dh just doesn't agree. :confused3:lmao:

Go for it! I took a solo trip two weeks before we went as a family. If you have the funds and the support of your DH, then GO AND HAVE FUN!

How could you determine that a card had been used? I have three cards on my account from past trips and I don't know which is which. I know one card has 2 days on it, one is an expired AP, and I have no idea what the 3rd one is. I figure I have to go to guest relations when I arrive to...

I have never had bad food at the Yachtsman. I have had a bad server. She just was not as interested in me (solo) as her multiple patron tables. I actually have ADRs there twice in my upcoming trip.

For the past three days, I have had duplicate listings of all my reservations. Today, it showed correctly. When yours finally shows correctly as well, screen shot it. Then you can reference your photo stream when the app gets glitch again.
