:thumbsup2I say go for it! We :love: split stays and Disney makes it SOOO easy. In our opinion there are too many great resort experiences to just pick one per trip. AKL is definitely worth it too, :cloud9:we are heading back for our 2nd stay there in Oct. ENJOY!

Shula's steaks are incredible and a nice little splurge. :cloud9: The restaurant is also a little more "adult" than some other options in WDW...perfect for a romantic evening on a honeymoon. We ate there on ours and it was AMAZING! ENJOY!!!
