    There must be something in the air because I had a hard time getting up and active today too. I did eventually do some crunches and went for a 2 mile walk.

    I did the 2-mile WATP and plan to do some leg lifts, squats, and calf raises later while I watch t.v.

    Who exercised Friday 4/9?

    I've felt really tired today. But I did manage to do the 2-mile WATP. I'm glad I didn't back out and not exercise today or I would have felt really lousy.

    I like the WATP too. It's not complicated and low-impact, but it's still a good workout that burns those calories.

    I went for a 2 mile walk and then worked out my legs. I did leg lifts, calf raises, and squats.

    Today I worked out my biceps and triceps and went for a 2 mile walk. Plus, I did some yard work and cleaned and mopped my kitchen. I'm worn out.:teeth:

    I wear shoes. I need them for stability and to absorb some of the shock from my knees and shins.
