I didn't watch for free dining in 2016. But in previous years I thought it was released to disney visa card holders first. Does disney still do that?

We just stayed at the country inn in july. The hotel was clean, empolyees were friendly, the rooms were big, and the cookies were great. They served a nice breakfast. We didnt use the shuttle service but did love how close the hotel was to port. I would recommend this hotel.
