This is almost the exact same reason we do the DxDP. The hubs and I tend to book a TS for a late breakfast OR lunch. If we need to eat before/after we use snack credits. We love the opportunity to eat signatures almost every night.

I really think it depends on what you are in the mood for. We have had both, but we prefer CHH. Their "Anchors Aweigh" (tuna salad) sandwich is awesome!

Thanks for the guidance! I will move the reservation up a little bit. I also definitely will be getting a snack (carbs!) of some form after the run. It made the reservation a little later because it normally takes me about 3 hours to get hungry.

I am nearly certain that you can get a soup or salad. My hubs and I always get 1 app and 1 soup or salad with the DxDP and have never had an issue.
