While it may not be a technical issue with the website, it is certainly a problem. Disney has stepped back in time and is forcing their customers and employees to waste time on phone calls, handling matters that could be easily resolved on their website.

Having the same problem, can not modify sail date online. Anyone know if this is a new policy, or a problem with the website?
