Cosmic Rewind with a giant 3 year old?

I believe the height requirement is 42". I suppose it is possible he will grow enough in two months. The restraint is a lap bar. It is fairly intense and a longer ride than I expected. The launch is backwards, and the car rotates as you move through scenes on the coaster. There are no big...

    Complicated Epcot question?

It is also likely that opening GotG would increase capacity. I don't know how DW determines capacity, but a few thousand people at Guardians will draw people from other areas, and should increase total capacity.

Light saber how much worth it??

$219. If Star Wars fan, then yes. If not, probably not.

    Savi's best time to reserve?

It is worth it. Later in the day is better, mostly so you don't have to carry it around all day.

    deluxe extra hours thread

Are you staying there the night of 4/12 and checking out on the 13th? If so, yes. If you check out on the 12th, then no.

Does the Park Shoppers Pass Still Exist?

One of the two comments on the first article is from someone who tried this July 2021. They were told it is no longer available. The article was from May, so who knows if it still works.

Do you have to use your legal first name on tickets?

I use my middle name on my Annual Pass and have never had an issue. On occasions, I have had my ID checked when using my AP for purchase discounts, and it has never been questioned.

    Passholder Park Reservation question

I was able to get a recovery AP and plan to visit WDW with a split stay offsite and onsite. I have park reservations for all of my onsite days (including check-in and out) and three days while offsite. My question is, when does a new AP park reservation become available? I currently have AP...

Star Wars Day at Hollywood Studios 2021?

I would switch. The park is limited to reservations, but more people will park hop to HS on the fourth, keeping it busier than normal all day.

    More people renting cars?

Uber/Lyft are good options too. By the time you pay for the car rental and parking fees daily you can pay for several ride share rides.

How bad are masks in July?

We were there in July 2020 as well. The masks weren't great, but manageable. Like others have said, disposable are better. I think the bigger concern would be waiting in much longer lines outside with little or no shade. Last July lines were very short, now they are much longer.

    Buses at Swan and Dolphin

We were there the first weekend they switched to Mears and didn't like it. Of course, we didn't know about the MK stop at TTC and that was our first experience. It probably took us an hour+ to get to MK after getting on the bus. We walked to Epcot and HS, and drove to DS and AK. The Mears...

    Critique our plans and prices

Seems a bit high to me for the rental car based on my past experience. I suppose it depends on what class of car you are renting. My last tripped I skipped the rental car and just used uber. It was cheaper and more convenient. Have you accounted for the parking fees at the resort and parks?

    Private VIP tour recently

Worth the cost is always going to be in the buyer's judgment. If you are limited on time and can afford it, probably yes. It is the only way to park hop now, as far as I know. With no Fastpass, you get quicker than ever access to attractions. I have never done it, but I can't justify the...

    Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge Atmosphere/Entertainment/Interactivity

They don't walk around anymore, but they do make appearances.

Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences Including Park Hopping

We just returned, last Sunday, from a 9-day stay. We saw way more than two noses a day. We saw cast members telling several people a day to put their masks on properly, or gesturing for them to pull them over their nose. I do agree that walking around and eating/drinking isn't a big problem...

Here Now & Just Back WDW Reopening Experiences Including Park Hopping

Yes. We walked there from the Swan last Friday to DHS. We were in line for temp checks at 8:24am with a few hundered people in front of us. A few people were arriving by bus and skyliner at that time. We went through the temperature screen around 9 AM and were immediately admitted into the...

    Skyliner vs Drive

Make sure to check what time they are opening the parking lot. We stayed at Pop in July when things were still slow, and nearly didn't make it using the skyline getting in line an hour before park opening. I have heard that they are not opening the parking lots until 30 minutes prior to park...

Lots of reasons to not visit DW right now....

We went in July and had a great time! We went in September and had a good time! We just returned and had an okay time... July was fantastic, with no crowds, walk-on rides, felt very safe except for Disney Springs. September was a bit more crowded and a few more things were open, but a...
